A drive for $50,000 to carry on the work of the Jewish Education Association was begun on Wednesday night at a reception held at the Hotel Commodore. According to Jonah J. Goldstein, chairman of the finance committee of the Jewish Education Association, this additional sum is needed to carry on the work of the organization. It is expected that the $50,000 will be raised through the sale of 1,000 scholarships at a minimum of $50 each.

The reception at the Commodore was held in honor of four members recently elected to the executive committee of the organization.
