David Ben-Gurion and Joseph Baraz, leaders of the Palestine Jewish workers federation, the Histadruth Ha’Ovdim, are coming to the United States to aid this year’s Geverkshaften campaign on behalf of the Jewish workers in Palestine. A cablegram to this effect was received yesterday by the National Labor Committee for the Organized Jewish Workers in Palestine.

Ben-Gurion is one of the most important political leaders in the Palestine labor movement. Joseph Baraz is the founder of the colony Dagania and one of the first leaders of the Jewish agricultural workers in Palestine.

Ben-Gurion and Baraz are expected here by the end of the month. They will make their first public appearance here at the Jewish workers’ convention which will take place November 28th to 30th in Irving Plaza Hall. On Saturday evening, November 29th, a reception will be held for them in Carnegie Hall.
