Rabbi Bookstaber Named to Pa. Unemployment Commission

The Rev. Dr. Philip D. Bookstaber is the only Jew appointed to the commission for unemployment of Pennsylvania, just named by governor-elect Gifford Pinchot. Rabbi Bookstaber, who is active in social welfare work in this city, is a former social worker. He has served as an expert agent in the United States Department of Labor.
