Plans for the national celebration of the 275th anniversary of Jewish settlement in the United States, which is to take place in Boston, December 17, at Faneuil Hall, were advanced today as the result of a conference between Alexander Brin, publisher of the Jewish Advocate of Boston and chairman of the committee on arrangements and a number of government officials. Mr. Brin was assured that they were greatly interested in the celebration.

The speakers who will participate in the program, besides the governor of Massachusetts, include Paul C. Wolman of Baltimore, national commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Prof. Albert Bushnell Hart of Harvard University, Dr. S. Parkes Cadman of New York and Congressman Sol Bloom, director of the George Washington Bicentennial Commission.
