Urge Jewish Immigrants Be Allowed to Settle in France

A plea to permit Jewish immigrants to settle in France is made today in the radical French press. Immigrants, especially Jews, desiring to come to France, should be given that opportunity, the papers say, with a view to rapid assimilation by Francizing their names.
