A group of Christians, headed by Bishop Manning, has issued a statement to non-Jews on the occasion of Chanukah, in which they call on Christians “as a mark of the friendly relations between Christians and Jews” to make good will contributions to the National Jewish Hospital at Denver. Martin Conboy, a prominent Catholic layman and a board member of the National Conference of Jews and Christians, and Mrs. Oliver Harriman joined with Bishop Manning in issuing the statement.

Justice Samuel D. Levy of the Children’s Court is chairman of the New York Committee of the Hospital. Ben Altheimer is the national treasurer, and Paul Felix Warburg is treasurer for New York.
