Rabbi Magnin was appointed by Mayor John C. Porter a member of a committee consisting of nine prominent citizens to arrange for the participation of the city of Los Angeles in the inauguration of Governor-elect James Rolph Jr. of California. The inauguration will take place from January 4th to the 6th.
