The Land Court today rejected an appeal of the Arabs of the Infiat land claim, upholding the judgment of the Land Settlement Office, which recognizes the right of the Chedera colonists to the 7,500 dunams disputed, as well as to the neighboring sand dunes, which the government has occupied during the argument. The Arabs are, however, entitled to an appeal to a higher court.
