Pinchas Rutenberg, on behalf of the Vaad Leumi, the Palestine Jewish National Council, today accepted the proposals of the Revisionists for a stricter control of the coming elections to the Asafat Ha-Nivcharim, the Palestine Jewish National Assembly which in turn elects the Vaad Leumi. The proposals demand an acceleration of the distribution of voters’ credentials for the Assembly elections on Jan. 5, as there are still 20,000 cards undistributed in the entire country.
