The position of the Staatenlose in Lithuania in connection with the new Government regulations preventing non-citizens obtaining employment in the country has been raised in a petition submitted to the League of Nations by Mr. Aberson, the permanent representative in Geneva of the Committee of Jewish Delegations and the Council for the Protection of Jewish Minorities, which includes the American Jewish Congress.
