Palestine Economic Corporation Elects Mr. Julius Simon As President to Succeed Mr. Bernard Elexner R

Mr. Julius Simon has been elected President of the Palestine Economic Corporation in succession to Mr. Bernard Flexner, who has resigned on account of ill-health. Mr. Flexner is continuing, however, to act as chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Felix M. Warburg has been elected Honorary President, Lt.-Governor Herbert H. Lehman, and Mr. Robert Szold, Vice-Presidents, and Mr. Walter E. Meyer Treasurer.

The report presented to the annual meeting shows that the Corporation has assets amounting to 2,575,000 dollars, an increase of 1,650,000 dollars over the assets held at the time the Corporation was formed in 1925.
