Thirteen Jews from Soviet Bokhara arrived in Palestine to-day after travelling for fourteen months through Afghanistan, Persia, Iraq and Syria. They have visited the offices of the Jewish Agency Executive, where they were welcomed by Colonel Kisch. The refugees expressed to Colonel Kisch their gratitude at the intervention of the Jewish Agency on their behalf, which saved them form being deported from Persia back to Russia.
