Franz von Weisl, the father of Dr. Wolfgang von Weisl the well known Oriental correspondent of the “Vossische Zeitung and leader of the Palestine Revisions, has died here suddenly at the age of 74. He was a well known penal law reformer, and was the author of 31 scientific works. He was President and afterwards Honorary President of the International Chamber of Advocates.
