2 Jews Killed in Terrific Storm in Lublin Suburb

Two people were killed, many seriously injured and much property damage done as the result of a terrific rain and wind storm that struck Bronowicz, a suburb of Lublin, yesterday, according to incomplete reports reaching here this morning. The neighborhood in the vicinity of the railroad station bore the brunt of the damage with scores of houses inundated and lines of communication damaged.

According to preliminary reports, a good portion of the entire railroad quarter was razed by the howling storm. The rain flooded cellars and reached up to nearly the first stories of houses. All property that was not secured was washed away by the torrent. Jewish property suffered con-..
