The enforcement of a numerus clausus against Jewish students in Poland depends on the outcome of the present occurrences at Cracow University, the “Gazeta Warszawska”, the official organ of the National Democratic Party, declares today, attacking the students belonging to the Government Party for opposing the numerus clausus demand.

An official communique issued by the National Democratic Students’ Organisation calls upon its members not to cease their agitation, alleging that there is a powerful Communist activity being carried on inside the Jewish student organisation, which, it says, compels the patriotic students organised in the National Democratic Party to continue their fight against this menace to the fatherland, an attempt to disguise the anti-Jewish movement under the cloak of anti-Communism.
