Elements of the type of the “Black Hundreds” which carried out the terrible pogroms upon the Jews in Czarist Russia are at work again in Poland, says a resolution adopted to-day by the General Council of Socialist Trade Unions, which embraces practically all the Polish and Jewish workers in the country, condemning the antisemitic excesses, and calling upon all workers not to allow themselves to be misled by these elements, who are trying to stir up trouble.
