Mr. Samuel Lubarski, the chief agronomist of the Agrojoint, and acting chief during Dr. Rosen’s absence from Russia, has just returned to Moscow, and has resumed his work in the Agrojoint.

Mr. Lubarski was arrested about a year ago, and after spending about five months in prison, he was banished for three years from Moscow. The sentence has been cancelled and all restrictions upon him connected with the sentence have been annulled.
