The Public Prosecutor has confiscated a large number of National Socialist proclamations calling for an anti-Jewish boycott in Austria, and has started proceedings against the persons responsible for their circulation. The action is in the nature of a test case, aiming to obtain a law court decision that incitement to boycott certain shops is a criminal offence.
