Dr. Ch. Weizmann, the President of the English Zionist Federation and former President of the Zionist World Organisation and the Jewish Agency, Left London to-day with Mrs. Weizmann, for South Africa, to head the South African campaign for the Palestine Foundation Fund (Keren Hayesod), which is to be inaugurated on February 8th.
There was a large gathering of friends and admirers of Dr. Weizmann at the station to bid him farewell, among them, Mr. Berl Locker, member of the Zionist Executive, Colonel Kisch, former head of the Palestine Zionist Executive, Mr. and Mrs. Simon Marks, Mr. Barnett Janner, M.P., and members of the staff of the English Zionist Federation and of the Zionist Organisation.
