The State Attorney for Vilna has opened proceeding against the District Chief of Vilna, M. Isiora, who retired after the November outbreak, his assistant, the Deput District Chief, M. Gizycki, and three police commissaries, on the charge that they failed in their duty to take all forcible measures to put down the anti-Jewish outbreak in Vilna on November 10th. They are accused of criminal negligence to carry out their official duties.
