The Folksgezeig American Tools Campaign Organisation, which has been raising funds for providing tools to promote the productivisation of the Jewish populations of Eastern Europe, decided at its fourth Annual Convention, held here to-day in the Hotel Pennsylvania, with 400 delegates present, to amalgamate with the American O.R.T. Organisation.
The new organisation, which will be known as the Folk-O.R.T. Federations is headed by Mr. B. Vladeck, the Manager of the Jewish daily “Forwards”, with Mr. J. Weinberg as Treasurer.
The future activities of the Volk-O.F.T. Federation will be concentrated mainly in Poland.
