Emil Ludwig Renounces German Citizenship

Emil Ludwig, famous Jewish biographer, is renouncing his German citizenship and has applied for Swiss citizenship, according to an announcement by his publishers here, Little Brown and Company.

Another famous German author Erich Maria Remarque, author of “All Quiet on the Western Front”, has like wise applied for Swiss naturalization.
