Rabbi Succumbs to Stroke at Convention

Rabbi Samuel Bloch of Youngstown, Ohio, succumbed here at the Mount Sinai Hospital yesterday to a stroke suffered while attending the Zionist Convention here.

He was fifty-six years old and a native of Russia, coming here 28 years ago.
