Two Rabbis Appointed to Denver Synagogue Posts

Appointment was announced of two rabbis to posts in orthodox synagogues in Denver. Rabbi Leib Ginsberg, author and scholar, was chosen the spiritual leader of the Zera Israel Synagogue, to succeed the late Rabbi A. Braude.

Trustees of the Yad Achas Synagogue and the Tifereth Israel Synagogue announced the appointment of Rabbi S. Shapiro.

Rabbi Ginsberg was formerly Rosh Yeshivah in the cities of Eishikok and Rezizza, in Russia. Rabbi Shapiro has served as the spiritual leader of two Chicago synagogues for twelve years. He is related to Rabbi Chaim Fishel Epstein, chief rabbi of St. Louis.
