The Congress Court scheduled to hear the grievances of the Revisionists against the Zionist Executive yesterday made known that it does not consider itself competent to deal with the subject of the complaint which are outside its jurisdiction.

The Revisionists charge that the World Zionist Executive, contrary to the decision of the World Zionist Congress last year, has not reorganized the Palestine offices according to the new composition of parties and that the Palestine immigration certificates issued are therefore illegal. The Revisionists ask the recall of these certificates.

Since the Congress Court has declined to hear the complaint, the matter will be brought before the Actions Committee, now in session, for discussion.
