The Catholic Centre Party of Dr. Heinrich Bruening, former German Chancellor, will under no circumstances join a coalition with the Nazis unless the latter guarantee to respect the constitution and grant equal treatment to all citizens, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency was informed today.
