The collapse of the negotiations between Dr. Heinrich Bruening, representing the Centre Party and Deputy Gregor Strasser is reported here today owing to differences on the maintenance of the principle of equal rights for all citizens.

The Centre Party yesterday assured the Jewish Telegraphic Agency that it would not enter into a coalition with the National Socialists unless the principle of equal rights for all citizens was guaranteed.
