Representatives of various Jewish schools, for the first time in the history of Syracuse Jewry, met here at the Jewish Communal Center to forget the differences in their programs and to issue a united call to all Jewish families to send their children to one of the several Jewish institutes in the city.

The institutions that have united to promote Jewish education are: Talmud Torah, Jewish National Peoples’ School, Temple Adath Yeshurun, Temple Society of Concord, New Temple of Beth Israel, the Jewish Community Center and the Sunday School of the Council of Jewish Women.
