A budget in the amount of 250,000 zlotys was adopted this morning by the Warsaw Jewish Community after a stormy all night session in the course of which the national bloc left the session after being outvoted by the Agudath Israel majority.

The budget makes provision for the engaging of 35 new rabbis despite prolonged opposition to this item on the ground that the expenditure is unjustified under present conditions.

It was also decided that Polish is to continue to be the language of instruction in schools maintained by the Kehillah.

A split in the Jewish Community with the liberal elements forming a Community of their own is now indicated.

The liberal elements, it is learned, are planning to submit to the Minister of Religion for confirmation and recognition statutes for the organization of a new Kehillah.
