Denial was made to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency here by the Rudolf Mosse advertising and publishing firm, that the government has purchased the majority of the shares in its organization and that Theodor Wolff, editor-in-chief of the “Berliner Tageblatt” which the firm publishes, would resign.

The report of the stock purchase and Dr. Wolff’s resignation appeared in the reactionary press.
