The Federal Swiss government has rejected the appeal of the Swiss Nazi Organization, “National Front”, asking that the decision of the Canton of St. Gallen, prohibiting the importation of their paper “Eiserner Besen” be revoked.
Because of the viciousness of the incitement conducted against the Jews by the Nazi organ, the Canton of St. Gallen prohibited the sale of the paper in kiosks and on the streets.
The Federal government, in dismissing the appeal, also confirmed the prohibition order.
