Highest Court Confirms Verdict Against 7 Nazis

The Leipzig court, the highest judicial authority in Germany yesterday upheld the verdict of the Kassel court sentence of seven Nazi students to four months imprisonment each for attacking the summer camp of the Brith Haolim in August of 1931.

A number of young Jewish scouts were injured by the Nazis before the elder scouts came to their rescue.
