Sylvian Levy, president of the Alliance Israelite Universelle and Chief Rabbi Israel Levi of France have cabled felicitations to Mrs. Franklin D. Roosevelt upon the election of her husband to the presidency of the United States.
The felicitations recall Mrs. Roosevelt’s active participation in the 1929 campaign for the Ort in New York.
