Excitement prevailed in Lemberg last night when the anti-Semitic students endeavored to renew the rioting which died down only a few days ago. They attacked Jews in the streets and cafes, occasioning a great deal of alarm. In one case a Jew by the name of Regenboign, who was attacked in the Cafe Roma, fired a revolver in order to frighten off the attackers.
Police arrived immediately after the commencement of the disturbance, arresting both the rioting students and some of the attacked Jews. Two students were immediately sentenced to 150 zlotys or fifteen days arrest, another was sentenced to 100 zlotys or 10 days.
