Rangoon Builds Its Second Synagogue in Fifty Years

Rangoon, the capital of Burma, recently established its second synagogue.

The first synagogue was opened fifty years ago. The largest proportion of the Jewish population of Burma, totaling 1,500 persons in all, reside in the capital city of Rangoon.
