Joseph C. Hyman, secretary of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, will be the principal speaker at the annual meeting of the Jewish Social Service Federation of Akron. Ohio, which will be held on January 30th.
While in Akron Mr. Hyman will also confer with leaders of the Jewish community on the program of the Joint Distribution Committee in its efforts to alleviate the overwhelming distress of millions of Eastern and Central European Jews and will discuss the plans of the Committee for the current year.
