The appointment to the office of president of the Berlin Police Department of Count Helldorf, Nazi Storm Troop chieftain, and leader of a Storm Troop detachment which attacked Jewish worshippers returning from Rosh Hashonah services, two years ago, is forecast in the “Deutsche Allgemeine Zeitung.”
