Solomon Epstein, who for the past two years was the editor and managing director of the “California Jewish Voice,” an Anglo-Jewish newspaper published in this city, and who, on account of illness, sold his interest about a month ago, died this morning at the Cedars of Lebanon Hospital.
Mr. Epstein, who was sixty-three years of age, was for the past forty years a newspaperman in the Yiddish field in Russia where he participated in the Revolution of 1905, in New York, and in Los Angeles. He leaves two sons living in New York and one daughter in Russia.
