Among the many gracious messages received by the Jewish Telegraphic Agency in connection with the celebration of its 15th Anniversary and the Banquet at which Professor Einstein was the guest of honor are those from the two great European statesmen, Mr. J. Ramsay MacDonald, Prime Minister of Great Britain, and M. Paul Boncour, French Minister of Foreign Affairs. Both are reproduced in this issue.

The Club of Polish Jewish Deputies has today issued an appeal for a united Jewish front against the cruel torture of Jews in Germany. It utters a vigorous protest against “the disgusting barbarism which is proceeding under the auspices of the Nazi government. It declares. “Let German Jews know that world Jewry is solidly behind them in sympathy.” The appeal was issued after a special session in conjunction with the Zionist committees.

In addition, it is planned to hold a monster protest meeting against the events in Germany.
