The police department here has ordered a strict watch over aliens’ arrivals in Vienna. Particular stress is laid on two provisions over incoming German refugees who are crowding the Vienna hotels and pensions. The order points out that expulsions will undoubtedly follow in many cases, as the new arrivals are overwhelmingly Jews with tendencies towards the Left.
