The Cartel de la Liberte, a Committee uniting a number of pacifist organizations in France, has decided to extend every facility to Jewish and non-Jewish refugees from Germany.

The problem of the numerous arrivals from Germany threatens to become acute, particularly in relation to the provision of work and employment. Hitherto, the Jewish relief organizations in the capitol, have made provision for destitute refugees and plans are on hand for raising funds for the purpose of assisting the new arrivals to maintain themselves while here.
