20 German Refugees Smuggle Themselves into Belgium

Several Jewish families, numbering twenty souls in all, have reached Brussels after smuggling themselves across the German-Belgium frontier at night. The refugees report that they had been fired at by the German frontier guards but had managed to escape under cover of the darkness.
