Three thousand Jewish refugees from Germany have crossed the Swiss frontier near Basle, Swiss customs authorities announced today.
The number of refugees, however, is decreasing since the introduction yesterday by the German authorities of visa requirements for Jewish citizens wishing to leave Germany.
