In accordance with the decision of the Latvian Sejm to suppress the Fascist and Hitlerite organizations in Latvia as well as their press, the authorities have issued an order that the National Socialist papers may no longer appear, and copies already published are to be confiscated. The question of the closing down of the premises of these organizations will be considered in an action in court owing to the fact that the National Socialists contest the legality of such step.
