The court at Nablus has dismissed the Arab claim to pasture-rights in the Nahalal forest near the Jewish village of that name. The Nahalal forest belongs to the Jewish National Fund and the claim of the neighboring Arab villages to pasture-rights has occupied the attention of the courts for several years.
