Harold Victor Lazaron, 13-year-old son of the Rev. Dr. Morris S. Lazaron, rabbi of the Madison Avenue Temple, has been awarded first prize for a world friendship poem. The prize was awarde by the Maryland Committee for World Friendship Among Children.
