Abraham Hersh Kotik, editor and correspondent, and an official in the commissariat of education, died today in Charkov. He was 67 years old and a native of Kamenetz-Litovsk.
He visited the United States in 1924, remaining for two years. On his return to Russia he became associated with the education commissariat and went to Charkov in 1927. He was widely known in Russian and Jewish newspaper circles as an editor and correspondent.
