Judges Hugo M. Friend, Republican; Harry M. Fisher, Democrat, and Michael Feinberg, Republican, were reelected to the Circuit Court bench yesterday. All three were candidates for reelection on a fusion ticket. Benjamin P. Epstein, Democrat, was the only candidate elected among the twenty judges who were named, who had not previously held the judicial position.
