The fur trade industry will seek to raise $50,000 toward the $2,000,000 goal of the Joint Distribution Committee German Relief Drive, according to an announcement here. The decision to accept this quota was made at a meeting of the National Council of Fur Trade Organizations at which Judge Jonah J. Goldstein made an appeal in behalf of the relief agency.

The National Fur Trades Council is composed of 22 organizations in the fur industry. George I. Fox is chairman.
