According to a cable received from London yesterday by E. Rabinowit# secretary of the American League for the Defence of Jewish Rights the committee in charge of the arrangements for the world boycott conference has decided to postpone the opening date of the conference to July 15. This delay of two weeks will enable Samuel Untermyer, the American representative, to participate.
